How do I book a studio at LocaVera Studio?

Browse the catalog, save studios to Fallows, and contact us to confirm availability. We’ll send a rental agreement and payment link to secure your slot.

Are your studios soundproof?

They are sound-treated, not fully soundproof. We mitigate HVAC rumble and isolate doors. Many rooms are excellent for interviews and VO; for critical audio, we’ll recommend the quietest rooms and times.

What is the minimum booking length?

Most spaces have a 3–4 hour minimum. See each studio’s details in the catalog.

Do you offer freight elevator or drive-in access?

Many locations include freight access and some allow drive-in. Verify the amenities on the studio card and confirm with our team during booking.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancel 7+ days before the booking for a full refund of studio fees (minus processing). Within 7 days, a partial refund may apply. Overtime and add-ons are non-refundable after use.

Can you provide lighting or grip equipment?

Yes. Many studios include a basic grip package. For lighting, we can arrange rentals through partners and have items ready at call time.

Is insurance required?

For commercial shoots, a COI naming LocaVera Studio as additionally insured is typically required. We can guide you through the process.

What about overtime and cleaning fees?

Overtime is billed in 30-minute increments at the posted rate. A straightforward cleaning fee covers standard reset; excessive mess or glitter may incur additional charges.

Do you allow live audience or events?

Select studios can host small audiences within listed capacity. Please disclose audience size and any amplified sound in your inquiry.
