Why LocaVera Studio exists

We started LocaVera Studio with a simple belief: creators think more clearly in calm spaces. Every studio we open reduces visual noise, dampens unwanted sound, and keeps logistics straightforward.

Mission

To deliver accessible, quiet production environments that respect time, budget, and safety—so independent creators can achieve studio-grade results.

Principles

  • Clarity over spectacle
  • Fewer choices, better defaults
  • Human-scale hospitality
  • Transparent pricing and policies

Sustainability

We prioritize efficient HVAC, LED lighting, and durable fixtures. Our cleaning kit avoids harsh aerosols and reduces on-set allergens.

Our story

LocaVera Studio emerged from years of producing in spaces that were either too loud, too cluttered, or too opaque on pricing. We prototyped a Scandinavian palette—muted blue‑gray, thin borders, natural textures—and invited crews to test. The result: lower stress and a measurable reduction in setup time.

Team

Mira Lang

Founder, Operations

Producer-turned-operator who measures success by crew calmness and on-time wrap. Mira sets standards for access, freight, and safety.

Theo Calder

Design Lead

Architect of the muted blue‑gray palette and thin-line wayfinding. Theo ensures every fixture has a purpose and every surface is matte.

Jules Romi

Technical Director

Former gaffer who obsesses over power distribution, silent HVAC, and safe rigging. Jules vets amenities so crews arrive ready.

How we measure quiet

We track RT60 decay time and outside dBA peaks during rush hours. Our target: keep spoken-word recordings clean without ADR.
